Cancellation by the customer

You may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched. Contact support@crunchynuts.store or 7428730894 promptly and provide the order number and relevant details.

Cancellation may no longer be possible once the order is packed, dispatched, out for delivery or delivered. A delivered-order concern is considered under the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Crunchy Nuts

We may cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an incorrect price or listing, failed or unverified payment, an unsupported delivery address, incomplete customer details, suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, or repeated orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Refund after cancellation

For an approved cancellation of a prepaid order, an eligible refund is generally initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. The financial institution may require additional posting time. A Cash on Delivery order has no prepaid amount to refund.
